Working Environment

Grafi Offshore team is full of young and enthusiastic professionals. We provide an excellent and fun filled working environment. Our office building is spacious, well equipped with air conditioners and heating equipment in the workplace.

We have only 5 working days per week. Employees are provided with regular training and workshops to enhance their skills and knowledge in related field.

Recreational activities are organized on regular basis to lift up the team spirit and employees are considered as key assets and are offered competitive benefits to appreciate their efforts. Employees and their family are provided with medical insurance.

Work in its true nature can be stressful at times and sitting in one place for long hours can have it’s effect on health.
